Your order

If you are looking to purchase any item of furniture from the Bau Outdoors website, just click on the “Add to basket” button found on the detailed product page. You will be able to review and change your basket if required at checkout.

Payment

You have a number of payment options….

By Card: Just enter your card details along with personal delivery address etc and your order will be confirmed by email shortly afterwards. Any extra details you wish to enter, such as delivery specifics, just enter at checkout stage and we will arrange.

By PayPal: As many of you will have PayPal accounts, we have a simple PayPal option, where you log-in to your account & confirm the payment amount (will be pre-populated). Once done, you are directed back to our site & will receive a standard confirmation email….Easy!

By Phone: If you prefer to speak to a human, just give us a call (see contact details for best number) and we will process your order and any other specifics in person.

Bau Outdoors is a relatively small company & we may be temporarily low on stock now & again. If this affects dispatch/delivery dates, we will always let you know if longer than specified.

Postage & packing

Our furniture varies greatly in both size, shape & weight, so check on item specifics. Express delivery is often an option, but again, check on item-specific info and if unsure, give us a call.

International shipping

All listed delivery prices refer to UK mainland addresses. Delivery outside the UK will be subject to additional charge and will need to be quoted specifically, so please contact us for further details and quotes.

Returns

At Bau Outdoors we are keen to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchases. If you encounter any problems, just let us know and we will do our best to help out. For any refunds, just return the parcel in it’s original condition within 14 days and we will sort it. It’s always best to call first, as we may be able to help sort out any problems.
