Polytunnel Guides!
Having helped out customers with similar queries so often, we thought we would put together a few guides, hints and tips to address your most common questions.
First of our guides, “Why would I want a polytunnel?” is a bit of an introduction into what a polytunnel actually is and why one might make sense for you. If you are reading this now, you probably know exactly what a polytunnel is for, but there are a few basics here for anyone totally new to them!
The second guide, “Buying a polytunnel & what to look for” has a pretty self explanatory title, but there is some great information here on polytunnel features and the ones we think are important. We had some fun illustrating this one and although the proportions are questionable, we think it helps out...
“Putting up your polytunnel” is the product of a good few days spent putting these up ourselves, as well as all the customer feedback we have had over the years. If you have any hints and tips you feel would be worth including within any of these guides, just email or give us a call - it’s great to get field-testing info!
There is only so much you can do with stick men, so we thought we would upload some pictures of one of our tunnels being built. These images were sent in by a customer who has done a pretty much perfect job on her build. Well worth having a look at these if you are due to build your tunnel. There are a fewreally helpful tips here to make sure your polytunnel is as strong as possible in the face of strong winds. Click here to view what we think is a textbook polytunnel build...! Feel free to send in your own images or tips.
