Q) Do you have a Garden Furniture brochure?
A) We don’t print a brochure at present, but if you have any questions regarding a specific item of furniture, just call or email, as we may be able to forward you further information or images to help out.
Q) How do I pay for items?
A) The Bau Outdoors site accepts all Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch cards and can also accept cheque or bank transfer. Card processing is simple and secure via our online payment system, but feel free to call us if you wish to transact over the telephone.
Q) Will my card details be safe?
A) Any information submitted through the Bau Outdoors site, including any card details, is encrypted on our secure server using SSL. Your card details are never passed to any third party.
Q) How do I know my order is being processed?
A) As soon as we receive your furniture order, you will receive an order confirmation email, containing all details of your order.
Q) What if something I order is out of stock?
A) Stock-availability information will be given on specific pages throughout the Bau Outdoors site. We will always give an approximate delivery date when awaiting new furniture stock, but if you are ever in doubt, just call or email...
Q) How much do you charge for furniture delivery?
A) Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses are shown on product-specific pages.
Q) Do you ship furniture outside of the UK?
A) Most products are UK-only shipping, but please email us with details if you are keen to ship outside the UK. We will be happy to arrange a quote if possible.
Q) How long does delivery take?
A) Standard Items we have in stock will normally be delivered within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock or slightly longer delivery times are expected we will always display target delivery date on product page.
Q) What about VAT on Bau Outdoors products?
A) All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. The Bau Outdoors VAT number is 933788383.
Q) Can I arrange an alternative delivery address to my own?
A) This is usually fine, but we may ask to complete a couple of security checks to insure against fraudulent orders.
Q) Can I pay for an order on delivery?
A) Sorry, no. All orders must be paid for prior to delivery.
Q) What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
A) Firstly, give us a call to see if we can help rectify the situation. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it within 14 days in it’s original condition, stating the problem and how you would like us to resolve it (replacement, refund, exchange). Provided goods are unused and undamaged, we agree to reimburse you for the specific purchase. We reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning any goods.
Q) What if I have a complaint?
A) Any complaint at all should be voiced to us via email or phone. We will always endeavor to help out if you are not 100% satisfied.
