Delivery and Returns


Our Bau Outdoors site is designed to be as helpful as possible, but for any further information or help, don’t hesitate to give us a call… We will be pleased to help.


Following your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order summary.

Bau Outdoors deliver furniture within the UK ourselves, as we like to make sure orders arrive in perfect condition. Once we receive an order, we will review our delivery schedule and find the earliest delivery opportunity. Our delivery team will be in touch, either by telephone or email to inform of this date and make sure you are happy. If the date does not work for you, we can discuss an alternative day. We try to be as flexible as possible, so get in touch with any special instructions.
Where items are upholstered or your order includes cushions/pads, these are manufactured to order and add around 5 working days to the delivery time.

International shipping

All listed delivery prices refer to UK mainland addresses. Delivery outside the UK will be subject to additional charge and will need to be quoted specifically, so please contact us for further details and quotes.


At Bau Outdoors we are keen to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchases. If you encounter any problems, just let us know and we will do our best to help out. For any refunds, just get in touch within 14 days and we will sort it. It’s always best to call first, as we may be able to help sort out any problems.
