Ordering your furniture
By placing a furniture order via the Bau Outdoors website, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of use.
On receipt of your furniture order through this website, we will issue an email to confirm your order is being processed. The receipt of this confirmation email, providing it reaches you legibly and uncorrupted, forms a legally binding contract between us.
All products listed on this website are subject to availability, and any delay in dispatch will be communicated to you. Standard dispatch is up to 7 days after receipt. If dispatch exceeds the listed period, you are welcome to cancel the specific order.
Any intellectual property rights, images and logos within this website, including when in doubt, copyright, belongs to Bau Associates. No part of this website or it’s source code may be used, transferred, copied or reproduced in any way other than for viewing it’s contents.
No material of obscene, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory or illegal content may be posted on this site. All applications are vetted prior to posting.
All payments made either online or offline by debit or credit cards will be accepted once confirmed that our account has been credited. When payment is made by cheque, clearing of funds marks the point at which we deem payment to have been made.
Bau Associates endeavor to resolve any complaints or problems quickly. Always contact us by phone or email to allow us to help out. We will always get back to you promptly.
If you are not happy with your garden furniture, simply contact us within 14 days, stating the problem and how you would like us to help (replacement, refund, exchange). Provided goods are unused and undamaged, we agree to reimburse you for the specific purchase. Wood furniture must not have been left outdoors in the rain, as this makes full-price resale impossible.
If you decide to cancel made-to-order items (cushions & tailored items) for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell them immediately to another customer at the full selling price. We’ll therefore charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the order price. Thus our normal refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Anyone placing order from product pages will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and there is a link to it on every page.
We reserve the right to charge for the cost of returning any goods.
We do not take responsibility for any event that is beyond our control, nor for any consequence of such an event.
All purchases from www.bau-outdoors.co.uk are governed by English Law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
