Delivery

Once your order has been placed, you’ll immediately receive an order confirmation by email, summarising the details of your purchase.

We take pride in delivering all Bau Outdoors furniture across the UK ourselves, ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. After receiving your order, we’ll contact you by phone or email to propose the earliest available delivery date. If the date doesn’t suit you, we’ll work with you to arrange an alternative — we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed on each product page. If your item includes custom upholstery or cushions, please allow an additional 5 working days for hand-finishing. If you’d like a precise estimate before placing an order, just give us a call.

International Shipping

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your outdoor furniture — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Just contact us via phone or email to let us know what’s wrong and how you’d like us to resolve it — whether that’s a refund, exchange, or replacement.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and undamaged

• Wooden furniture must not have been exposed to rain or outdoor elements, as this affects resale quality

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive confirmation of your refund via email. If there’s anything you’re unsure about, we recommend calling first — we’re happy to help resolve any issues quickly and smoothly.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel your order free of charge before it’s dispatched.

To cancel, simply contact us with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a full refund to your original payment method.
